Understand the terms and conditions that govern your use of the Inbound Webhub website, services, and digital content.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Inbound Webhub website or engaging our services, you ("Client," "User," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Inbound Webhub may update these terms at any time; continued use of our Offerings constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Our Services

Inbound Webhub provides HubSpot solutions, RevOps consulting, CMS/CRM implementation, AI automation, Webflow/Shopify/WordPress development, and custom software development, delivered either directly to businesses or white-label on behalf of partner agencies.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, software, and media — is the property of Inbound Webhub. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Client & Project IP:

Upon full payment for a completed engagement, ownership of the custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for that project transfers to the client. Inbound Webhub retains the right to reuse general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific components developed in the course of delivery. We do not hold your codebase, credentials, or deliverables hostage after project completion — clean, documented handoff is standard practice.

Confidentiality & White-Label Delivery:

For white-label engagements, all information regarding the partner agency's end clients is treated as strictly confidential. Inbound Webhub will not contact, brand, or solicit an agency's end client directly without written authorization, and will operate under the agency's brand, tools, and naming conventions as agreed in the engagement scope.

4. Service Level Agreement

Specification Documents:

Deliverables are scoped per the specification documents agreed before project commencement. Any changes to scope will be documented and communicated before implementation; typographical or clerical errors in quotes or invoices are subject to correction without additional liability.

Payment Terms:

Payment terms are agreed in writing before project commencement. Invoices are due per the schedule outlined in the signed agreement. Delayed payment may result in a pause of active work until the account is brought current; Inbound Webhub is not responsible for providing payment reminders beyond standard invoicing practice.

Refunds & Cancellation:

Custom development and consulting engagements are non-refundable once work has commenced, given the intangible and time-based nature of the services delivered. Cancellation of an active engagement will result in delivery of all work completed and paid for up to the cancellation date. Any exceptions are handled case-by-case and must be agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, access credentials, and content required to complete deliverables on schedule. Delays caused by missing client input may extend project timelines accordingly.

6. Limitation of Liability

Inbound Webhub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits or business interruption — arising from the use of deliverables, our website, or any linked third-party service, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Termination

Inbound Webhub reserves the right to terminate access to its services for fraudulent, abusive, or contract-violating behavior, with written notice where practicable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise agreed in a signed client contract specifying a different governing jurisdiction.
